Job Title: Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV) / Golf Cart Technician

Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Low-Speed Vehicle / Golf Cart Technicians to support the assembly, repair, customization, and maintenance of LSVs and golf carts. Entry-level candidates will receive hands-on training, while journeyman technicians will bring their experience to lead more complex projects and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, maintain, and repair low-speed vehicles (LSVs) and golf carts, including electrical, mechanical, and bodywork components.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and battery-related issues.

• Perform battery testing, charging, and replacement as needed.

• Install custom features, accessories, and upgrades to carts based on customer requests.

• Conduct regular maintenance checks, inspections, and quality control assessments.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

• Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.

Qualifications (Entry-Level):

• Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to use basic hand tools and follow instructions.

• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

• Passion for learning new skills and growing in the role.

• A valid driver’s license is required, as operating LSV carts is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications (Journeyman/Experienced Technician):

• 2+ years of experience as an LSV, golf cart, automotive, or small engine technician.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

• Skilled in the use of diagnostic equipment and power tools.

• Ability to mentor and train entry-level technicians.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• A valid driver’s license is required, as operating LSV carts is an essential part of the role.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, and mechanical equipment.
